Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk Can substitute with almond milk or coconut milk for dairy-free
  • 1 egg Can substitute with flaxseed meal for vegan option
  • 2 tbsp melted butter Can substitute with coconut oil for dairy-free
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Gently combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  • Scoop the batter into the greased muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Baking

  • Place the muffin pan in your preheated oven and bake for 10–12 minutes.
  • Once done, allow the poppers to cool slightly before removing them from the pan.

Serving

  • Serve warm with syrup or your favorite toppings.

Notes

These poppers are perfect for busy mornings and can be customized with various add-ins such as chocolate chips or fresh berries. Avoid over-mixing the dough for a fluffier texture.
