Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place the salmon fillets on the sheet, then drizzle each one with olive oil and lemon juice to enhance flavor and moisture.
  • Generously press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.

Baking

  • Put the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. The fish should be cooked through, and the topping should be golden brown.

Serving
