For the Punch

  • 4 cups apple cider Freshly pressed if possible for the best flavor.
  • 2 cups cranberry juice Unsweetened is recommended for less sweetness.
  • 1 cup orange juice Freshly squeezed gives the best taste.
  • 1 cup club soda Add just before serving for fizziness.
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice Brightens the punch.
  • ¼ cup honey or sugar Optional, adjust to taste.
  • Fresh fruit slices (oranges, lemons, cranberries) For garnish.

Preparation

  • In a large pitcher or bowl, combine 4 cups of apple cider, 2 cups of cranberry juice, 1 cup of orange juice, and 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice. Stir to mix well.
  • Taste the mixture and gradually add in 1/4 cup of honey or sugar if you prefer sweeter punch.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  • Just before serving, add 1 cup of club soda to the chilled mixture.
  • Serve over ice in punch glasses, garnished with fresh fruit slices.

Notes

Serve cold for the best refreshing taste. Be careful not to add club soda too early to avoid losing fizz.
