For Homemade Mayonnaise

  • 1 cup Salad oil Add slowly for emulsification.

For Baking

  • 2 cups Flour All-purpose flour is recommended.
  • 1 cup Sugar Granulated or brown sugar can be used.
  • 3 large Eggs Provides structure to baked goods.

Instructions
 

Making Vinaigrette

  • Combine salad oil, vinegar, mustard, and desired herbs and spices in a jar.
  • Shake well and adjust seasoning to taste.

Making Mayonnaise

  • Whisk together egg yolk, mustard, and vinegar in a bowl.
  • Slowly drizzle in salad oil while whisking continuously until emulsified.

Notes
